Question:
Ill keep that in mind. Maybe Ill use gum when I take my medicine. Ive used pepermint candies for myself before, lemon works well also. I still havent found a source for non flavored medicine and Im unwilling to experiment on Arthur, but Ill keep looking.

No kidding! My daughter will not swallow medicine. On the two occasions we have had to give her Tylenol, we had to resort to suppositories since she kept spitting it out. Now she has an ear infection and has to have antibiotics 3x a day for 7 days. That is 21 doses that I am totally dreading since each one is a major battle where I have to force it down her throat while she splutters. I am really scared of making her choke too. Help! Does anyone know any useful tricks for giving a one year old medicine? We tried putting it in juice or milk but she won’t touch them. thanks, –Lisa Bell SAHM to Gabriella (9.9.98) #2 due 22.2.2000

Thanks I didnt think of that. No but we will discuss it with Arthur’s new Dr. The old ones answer to any vaccination question was vaccinations are good things were bad before them. Thats why he hasnt had a Hep B yet. Oh well the new Dr is willing to answer questions. Why do people put up with Dr’s like that anyway? Maybe they dont ask questions. Thanks for the tip.
