Play horsey!! Love it!! The Dads often get down and play physically, where the Moms tend to be more verbal. Rightly or wrongly, that’s what I see a lot of. So get down and play! Chase! Hide and seek! Jungle Gym Daddy! They won’t forget it…

What’s YOUR problem, Nan? SpiroStevenW’s a horses ass and Jim has no idea why SSW is attacking him. I just showed Jim why. What’s wrong with that? And Wendy makes ONE post in agreement with me and she’s "a little too obsessed?" Quite the diagnostician you are! And if I need psychological counseling I’ll call ya. Wait by the phone. Dan

Jim’s been here before. He’s also dogged Steve. You didn’t tell anyone anything they didn’t already know. > And Wendy makes ONE post in agreement with me and she’s "a little too
obsessed?" Um, actually it’s deeper than that, but you’d know it if you spent half as much time participating in a newsgroup instead of having to be a pseudo hero. ~Nan~

"Stalking" Dick-Steve? Now that’s rich! From my perspective he sits online 25 hours a day waiting for a post so he can spew hatred at the poster. > Some father asks, "Can anyone recommend a good book on interacting > with and motivating a 3 (almost 4) year old?" and SpiroStevenWalz > tells him, "Trying to "motivate" a child differently than he selects > is abuse." > I think Jim should know something about the dipstick who responded by > denigrating the father’s good intentions.
I agree with Dan – I feel bad for Peace Angel at the moment, afraid he’ll try to defend himself to Dick-Steve. I wanted to warn him, too. Wendy

Well thank you Wendy! When I see people like SpiroStevenW pouncing on a newbie for asking an innocent question I wonder how many people see what’s going on and decide to not post anything for fear of what SSW will call them or accuse them of doing. OR how many people simply leave and never come back because of his insane rantings? It’s interesting, SSW’s opinion is always the only correct opinion (according to him) and he never fails to ignore the questions he can’t answer or the statements that prove him wrong. What IS that called? Thanks again, Dan Sullivan

Hey Nan, Please elaborate on who everybody thinks Steve is. Jim asked for the name of a good book. Sounds pretty simple to me, and not a bad thing for a father to do. SpiroSteve says "motivate" is a "loaded code word" for abuse. Maybe it is for STEVE!! But Jim’s NOT gonna learn how to abuse his child from the book that I recommended. Is there something wrong with recommending a book OR showing a new poster who the person is who just accused him of having intentions of abusing his child? Thanks for your post, Dan

I’ve been here for more than a year. I’ve always told you the truth. What more you think you need is truly amazing to me. >Jim asked for the name of a good book. Sounds pretty simple to me, and >not a bad thing for a father to do. >SpiroSteve says "motivate" is a "loaded code word" for abuse.
He wanted a book with which to "motivate" a three year old, which is a sad joke. A three year old is not capable of being motivated, only abused by some jackass who THINKS he’s supposed to "motivate" him!! >But Jim’s NOT gonna learn how to abuse his child from the book that I >recommended. >Is there something wrong with recommending a book
With which to "motivate" a three year old. If you had simply requoted the asshole’s question it would have been OBVIOUS that YOU were wrong, and that HE was an asshole, which is why you did not, of course!! > OR showing a new >poster who the person is who just accused him of having intentions of >abusing his child?

Some father asks, "Can anyone recommend a good book on interacting with and motivating a 3 (almost 4) year old?" and SpiroStevenWalz tells him, "Trying to "motivate" a child differently than he selects is abuse." I think Jim should know something about the dipstick who responded by denigrating the father’s good intentions. Sorry Nan, all I did was give Jim the name of a good book AND at the same time demonstrate with SpiroSW’s own words what a monstrous wacko he is. You don’t want Jim to think he’s a bad father for asking for information on how to be a good father do you? Thanks for your post, Dan Sullivan

posting from the DEEP THOUGHT ARMORY. Big surprise? Have fun, Dan Sullivan Hope that helps explain where Steve comes from. He also claims that his own children NEVER learned to cry because they had no need to. Quite the counselor/parent isn’t he? I found a great book on raising children, "Making Your Children Mind Without Losing Yours," by Kevin Leman. Very informative and funny too. All the best with your child(ren). Dan Sullivan
