Josie wants a "cowboy" because she doesn’t really KNOW any! If she had she’d know better! Steve

I’ve never sent or even HAD a computer virus in my life!! What kind of LIE are you trying to generate, you stupid shit? If you think I have you’d better have a valid msg ID, which contains not only a date/time/port number from my ISP and has the correct CRC for all data contained in its packets!! That would be AS hard to fake as a PGP crypto’d document is to crack! You’re just a little cowardly shit-weasel trying to generate trouble, and all you’ll get is some of your own! Steve

I feel you have now violated the Terms of service for PacBell and have continued to use vulgar and obscene language. We’ll see how PacBell feels about being referred to as a "jive ass corporation." Your free speech right has no meaning here because you specifically agreed to the terms of conditions: > *Inappropriate Language or Images – profane, vulgar, obscene, or > sexually explicit language or images (including explicit descriptions of > sexual acts), even if masked by other characters.
A complaint has been sent to: Does your free speech right also allow you to send a virus to Mr. Feldman? Ben

I suggest you read some of your wife’s posts on this newsgroups. The woman can swear like a marine, and I know a few. Her language was at least as abusive and trashy as his. And the ole excuse "he said it first " really doesnt cut it I woudl suggest that your wife become less sensitive to every single poster. This is usenet, not personal attacks And as far as others here, by posting her discipline methods (if they can be called that), she has opened herself to the opinions of others. Im sorry if her, and your feelings have been hurt, but it is what it is And in my book, shes a little to old to have hubby comming to the rescue. Well, ya, I never thought that they would care before, but as I found out when I posted a message months back about something I was selling, they DO care and in a big way when someone violate’s the ISP’s regulations regarding usenet policies. One message, one time, and I had to go through a lot of rigamaroll (sp?) to keep my account because a couple people complained. So, I guess it could happen… Charlene

Guys, come on. We all know what Steve does and some of us know what he doesn’t do. He doesn’t go after people privately, that his not his gig. I have had several ‘private’ conversations with the man and these accusations just don’t fit. He got under their skin and they privately retaliated, so he wrote ‘em back and told ‘em to fuck off…..so what is the big deal here? Y’all need to quit with the whining and practice using the tools available to you such as ‘killfile’ if you can’t handle the heat…..god knows I have been on the bad end of Steve’s mouth…but shit, y’all, he is just another guy……*S*……kinda reminds of a an ‘anti-christ’ thread a few months back….sheesh Sarah

While I agree with you about an ISP’s TOS, it really does make sense that your wife needs to learn to ignore certain people. She doesn’t know Steve from Adam, so why should what he says bother her? She can easily killfile him so none of his messages will show up. HEY YALL!!!!!!! This is Stevie boys good friend, I’m Brandy’s husband. While you all state a good point, there is something that can be done. There is a contract of acceptable usage when you sign up for an ISP which says basically that you won’t use any offensive or vulgar language, and when someone violates that, all you have to do is a traceroute to their IP address and find out who their ISP is and send a report in. After enough complaints about the same individual, they can remove that account. Not trying to stir up trouble, just clearing something up. I work for an ISP, so I would know these things. BUKKSHOT

Carla, Hate to burst your myopic bubble but there is not law against offending others. If that was true, you me and everyone else would be in jail. Usenet really isnt’a place for kids and you are quite dumb for allowing small children to read these ngs. There is a little something called self control. No one forces you to read any message. There is a Delete key if you don’t like what a poster has to say. What is the point of turning in Steve to his ISP? Do you think they care? Do you think they care he wrote something YOU consider offensive and you don’t have enough self-control so you read it? Stop being a whiny baby tattletale. Loev, Poopie pans

The Supreme Court indicates that the persons using Net connections paid for by credit cards are to be regarded as adult accesses of adult material, and thus what you just said lays the foundation for a claim of prior restraint, a violation of free speech under the Constitution, and a suit against you for any such losses. Our company has WAAAY too many DSL lines which we use for Net access, however, so it is EXCEEDINGLY unlikely PacBell is at all interested in all that rain of heavy shit if they pull that kind of crap. Thanks for the evidence, however. We had been hoping for precisely your statement for our records!! Newbies are such a WONDERFUL resource!! I’m sure we can trace you from the message ID in the header! Steve

Hi Cathy! Well said! Our children read this group and we have had to filter out Steve and his vulgar, abusive messages. We don’t want our children reading messages from this man who advocates children having sexual relations at 11 years of age. We have made complaints to: You can, too. Eventually he will be yanked off. He has no business offending others. Carla Kimball
