Question:
With our first, my husband quit work to stay home and parent. Our youngest is 27 months, and we share parenting responsibilities relatively equally. We do work different hours; he’s self-employed and works at home, I teach college classes so our schedule is flexible enough to allow child care to be juggled with work. Even so, we also have our daughter (13) and his mother assist with childcare to allow us adequate work time.
